I've been looking for some interesting pages to help you improve your LISTENING SKILL. Here you are a selection of them:

The English we speak : it's a weekly short listening in which you can practice everyday English expressions and vocabulary (tapescript included)

The teacher : here you can watch videos in which "the teacher" explains the meaning of everyday idioms.

Words in the news : you can listen to the news and learn some new vocabulary at the same time.

Learn English Profesionals: this is a very interesting page from the British Council. Here you'll find lots of listening podcasts to improve your listening skills. There is an activity related to it at the beginning of the script (which is also provided)
